Kole joined the multi-family industry in 2017. He played 2 years of baseball at Weatherford College, then transferred to the University of Arkansas and graduated in 2015 with a major in Finance. He worked for Northwestern Mutual as a financial advisor and then transitioned into the multi-family industry as a Director of Sales for a Valet Trash company. In July 2019, he joined Centex Construction, bringing with him various relationships he had built with his previous company. Kole is active in the following associations: AAA, AACT, SAAA, and TAA.
