Carol’s career spans over 20 years with extensive experience in building and leading sophisticated, high performing teams across various industries. She has developed and executed Human Capital strategies that enable and extend corporate strategy – driving performance, engagement, customer satisfaction and profitability. She was previously head of HR at Acme Brick and an HR leader at Turner Construction prior to joining the leadership team at Centex Construction.

Carol has been published in Manage HR Magazine, HR Tech Outlook, Career Management Partner’s “C-Suite on Talent” and Bruce Waller’s “Life in the Leadership Lane” podcast. She achieved her B.S. in Computer Science from Texas A&M University and her M.B.A. from the University of Dallas. She holds both the SHRM-SCP and SPHR credentials.She has spoken at both the SHRM National and the SHRM Inclusion conferences.
