Rob’s construction career began in 1998 building residential homes. This led to his experience in the restoration/mitigation sector performing both commercial and residential services, as well as hurricane response across the Gulf Coast and Florida.  In 2006, his focus shifted to the multi-family industry as a construction supervisor, and working through the ranks of PM, GM, and Senior Director. This exposed Rob to all sides of the business including estimating, project management, finance, business development, sales, and also process improvement. He is most passionate about helping streamline inefficiencies and working to create consistent processes that allow for accurate project bids that are delivered to the customer in a timely manner.

In addition to spending quality time with his wife, Tiffany and their 4 children, he loves to hunt and fish, snow-ski, and enjoy all things outdoors, as well as travelling as much as they can.
