She spent 12 years in the golf industry as a Membership Director, where she specialized in red-carpet customer service, increasing membership acquisition and retention, and successfully transitioning clubs from semi-private to private status.
In 2018, Stayci transitioned into the restoration and emergency services industry, where her passion for the work developed quickly. She applies a consultative, relationship-driven approach with a strong focus on the multifamily, insurance, hospitality, and HOA verticals.
Known for her player-coach leadership style, Stayci has trained and mentored teams at a national level, consistently driving 200%+ year-over-year growth. She now brings this expertise to Centex, where she is focused on growing the restoration and mitigation division on a national scale.
